Some information for many of our muslim brothers who are unaware about this.
* In haram, the iqamah before jamat is recited as mentioned below.
* The Imam of Haram do Rafayul dain (raising hands) in Salah
* They also tie hands on chest (Some below chest) in Salah as you can see in this video
However, please note that Ahlul Hadith do rafayul dain not because Imam e Haram does this or because it is done in Maakah or Madinah. We do rafayul dain because our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW did rafayuldain.
